Your First Visit

You'll sit down with Sybilla or Raquel in our spa-like space. We'll talk through your whole history — not just your current symptoms, but your lifestyle, your stress, your sleep, your diet, everything that contributes to how you feel.

This is a conversation, not an interrogation. We listen first.

Testing

Based on what we learn, we'll recommend the right tests. These are the tests most providers never order — the ones that show what's actually happening underneath.

Results in 1–3 weeks

DUTCH Hormone Panel

At-home urine collection. Maps your cortisol rhythm, sex hormones, and metabolites across a full day.

How it's done

4 urine samples on test strips

HTMA Mineral Analysis

Hair tissue mineral analysis. Reveals mineral imbalances, heavy metal exposure, and metabolic patterns blood tests miss.

How it's done

Small hair sample from the scalp

Functional Bloodwork

Comprehensive panels looking at thyroid, metabolic, inflammatory, and nutrient markers — drawn at a local lab.

How it's done

Blood draw at a local LabCorp

Functional lab testing — the kind of detailed panels that reveal what's underneath your symptoms

The tests most providers never order.

DUTCH hormone panels, HTMA mineral analysis, functional bloodwork — the data that shows what's actually going on.

Your Personalized Plan

When results come back, we go through them with you in plain language. We explain what the numbers mean, what they reveal about your symptoms, and what we can do about it. Then we build your plan.

What your plan includes

  • Targeted supplements based on your lab results
  • Dietary shifts tailored to your metabolism and lifestyle
  • Movement and exercise recommendations for your body
  • Therapies — IV hydration, SoftWave, sauna, or body sculpting as needed
  • A timeline for reassessment so nothing drifts

Nothing is one-size-fits-all. Your plan is built around your body, your life, and your goals.

Follow-Up & Adjustment

We track how you're responding and adjust as needed. Healing isn't linear, and your plan shouldn't be static. As your body changes, your protocol changes with it.

1–2

Weeks 1–2

Sleep and energy are usually the first to shift. You'll notice small changes.

3–6

Weeks 3–6

Symptoms start resolving. We review progress and adjust your protocol.

6+

Weeks 6 and beyond

Most clients feel a significant shift by this point. We move to maintenance and new goals.

06

Living Life Again

This is the goal. Not just ‘better’ — but back to the version of you that has energy, sleeps through the night, thinks clearly, and feels at home in their body. That's what we're working toward, together.

And when you get there, we're still here — for maintenance, for new goals, for whatever comes next.

Fresh sage and herbs — the natural wisdom that guides every personalized wellness plan

Still wondering about something?

Do I need to know what's wrong before I come in?

No. Most people arrive with a list of symptoms and no explanation. Your first visit is a conversation about your history, and together we decide whether testing makes sense.

Will I be pushed into buying testing or treatments?

No. We explain what each option does and what it costs, and you decide. Nothing is added without your agreement.

What if I've already seen several doctors?

That's very common here. Bring any recent labs or notes you have. We start from where you are rather than repeating everything.

Is it just for women?

Our focus is women's hormone and metabolic health, but many services, like IV hydration, infrared sauna, and SoftWave, are open to everyone. Call us if you're unsure.

What does the first visit cost?

The first consultation is $150 and takes about 60 to 90 minutes. Any testing or treatment is quoted before you commit.
